SHO-ZYG is a week-long showcase of sound installations, compositions, moving image work and evening events, alongside exhibition rooms exploring the work of pioneering British musician Hugh Davies, the life of Daphne Oram, co-founder of the BBC Radiophonic Workshop, and the poet and visual artist Lawrence Upton.

It takes place Friday 21 September — Thursday 27 September 2012 at St. James’s Hatcham Church, New Cross, London.

I’ll be performing Hugh Davies’ 1968 feedback piece, ‘Quintet’, with Will Parker, Hywel Jones, Tom Mudd and Ben Bradley on Saturday 22nd September at 7.30pm. Other performers on the evening are Mimosa Moize, Matthew Yee-King, and Roger Redgate & Emmanuel Spinelli duo. More info here.

I will also be performing a short solo modular synthesizer, radio + computer set on Tuesday 25th September, as part of the Electroacoustics evening. The evening also features live electronics, A/V work and improvised electroacoustic music from Ain Bailey, Nick Brown, Nathan Harmer, Portia Winters, and Dust Music. More info here.
